How can I request a return?

Not entirely happy with your order? No problem!

You can easily return your items within one month .

Simply contact our customer service using the contact form above or send an email directly to info@onehome.de . Please also provide us with your order details and your full name so we can assign your order.

We will then send you a free DHL return label , which you can conveniently hand in at any DHL branch or Packstation .

No printer? No stress!

On the return label you will find a QR code that you can use to drop off your parcel paperlessly .

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase price – quickly and easily.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
This allows you to see where your package is at any time. 🚚💨

Unless otherwise stated, you will usually receive your order within 1 to 3 business days.

Can I still change or cancel my order?


Did you make a mistake or do you want something else?

If your order has n't been shipped yet, please contact our support team immediately – we'll take care of it!

Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible after shipping, but of course you can simply return the goods after receipt or refuse to accept them.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

Oh no, of course that shouldn't happen! 😕

Please send us a photo of the damage or incorrect item by email to info@onehome.de . Please also include your order details and your full name so we can identify your order.

Didn't receive an invoice?

No bill in your mailbox? Here's what to do:

  • Check your spam/advertisement folder – sometimes it ends up there.

  • Check your email address – was everything correct during checkout?

If the invoice is still missing, please contact our customer service . We will then resend it to you as a PDF .

Can I have my parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation or post office?

You can easily have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation or post office .

It is important that you provide the following information when completing your purchase:

  • Your postal code (you can find it in your DHL app or on your DHL customer card)
  • The number of the Packstation or post office

This allows DHL to clearly identify your package and you will receive a notification as soon as it is ready for collection.

Tip: Make sure the information is complete and correct – then the delivery will go smoothly. ✅

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages? Or why did I only receive part of the shipment?

Don't worry—everything will be shipped! 🚚

Depending on size, availability, or warehouse location, your order may be shipped in multiple packages .

This way we ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible .

So if you have only received part of it: The rest will follow shortly – you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
